I offer free sizing on all bracelets. When you purchase your bracelet, please inform me at checkout or send me an email or note indicating desired size. If I am not notified of a desired size I will assume the size listed will fit. However if after receiving the item it does not fit, please contact me. You may return the item to me for free sizing but I will have to charge you for the return shipping.

Custom Orders:
I also take custom orders. Custom orders can be for any type of jewelry that I offer. I have made specific themed lanyards, special awareness items, and special colored jewelry. I will work with you to ensure that the final jewelry pieces is what you are wanting. The cost for custom orders is the based on the same pricing that is used for my pre-made pieces. The costs are based on the materials used in the piece and the time involved. Some beads and other materials are more expensive than others causing those items to be higher priced. Payment is required in advance for custom work.  For more expensive orders I will allow 50% down at time of order with the balance due prior to shipment.

Gifts:
If you are purchasing your item as a gift please know that I include organza drawstring bags with every purchase. I also have jewelry gift boxes that I can also include. Some jewelry pieces will be shipped in a jewelry box.  If you would like to have your purchase shipped in a decorative jewelry box please leave a note at checkout or send me a message.
